Thank you for registering for Creativation! In order to maximize your experience at the event, please review the information within this email.

Our staff is here to make sure you have an amazing experience. If you have any questions, visit our Membership Info Truck in Town Square (booth #1001) where a CHA staff member will always be, or look for us in our blue shirts!

Also, if your company’s membership is expiring this is a reminder that you will need to remit your 2017 annual dues before you travel to Phoenix in order to receive member pricing and to pick up your badges on-site. To do that immediately, click here to renew online.

Parking
All of the parking garages are first‐come first‐served and the daily rate is $12.00.

Show Office & Lost and Found
Team CHA makes their home-away-from-home at the Show Office, located in the Phoenix Convention Center lobby, outside of Hall 2. Our staff is here to answer any questions you may have. This is also the home of lost and found items through the duration of the Show. The office is open from 7:00am - 6:00pm daily, Wednesday, January 18 - Monday, January 23.

Dress Code
The dress code for the event is business casual. A sweater or jacket is encouraged as the meeting rooms are often cool. Comfortable shoes are encouraged for walking the Show floor. If you visit local outdoor attractions, we recommend you bring a light jacket and umbrella.

Registered For A Class?
Don't forget to bring any materials you might need for the workshops you're registered for. If you're taking a Hands-On Lab, don't forget to bring a laptop/tablet and charger with you to Phoenix.

Show Floor Activities
There will be a number of fun activities planned over the course of your time in Phoenix, including celebrity appearances, live broadcasts, make-n-takes, giveaways and demos. Click here to view them all.

Electric Scooter and Wheelchair Rentals
Rent a scooter or wheelchair from Scootaround, our preferred scooter and wheelchair rental service for Creativation. Have your scooter or wheelchair delivered to your hotel or residence!
