Dear Creativation Friend,

“It’s too early to sign up to exhibit,” said no trade event organizer ever! Now is the time of year when you should establish your events, timelines and budgets for Creativation 2018, taking place January 18-22 in Phoenix, AZ. This newsletter includes more reasons to make your exhibit plans sooner rather than later, and resources that will help you start planning your success.

9 Benefits of Signing Up Early to Exhibit

Creativation 2018 is nine months away, but there are just as many reasons to make the decision to exhibit early.

  1. Time. It’s a fact – the more time you have to plan your booth, marketing and show logistics, the more pay off you’ll see at Creativation.
  2. Budgeting. Even if your budget season has passed, there is time to find cost savings and make your booth a reality.
  3. Goal-Setting. By now you know how your business performed from your trade show participation this past year. Plan for Creativation 2018 now while the results are fresh in your mind so you know and can plan to improve or exceed those results.
  4. Priority Points. The deadline is June 16. Each year you exhibit at Creativation you earn Priority Points, which give you priority selection for your booth space! After June 16, booth selection is on a first-come, first-served basis.
  5. Speaking Opportunities. There are more opportunities to take advantage of when you sign up to exhibit early, like sponsoring a workshop or demo. It’s another way to reach serious buyers who want to learn more about your products. The application deadline is June 14.
  6. More Exposure. Got big ideas? We’d love to hear them! We are in the planning stages, so now is the time to let us know if you have sponsorship or partnership ideas to increase your brand exposure.
  7. Your Customers. Time matters to your customers, too. The sooner they know you’re exhibiting at Creativation, the sooner they can start planning to attend.
  8. New Customers. Looking to diversify your customer base? Our Creativation attendees range from big-box to independents retailers, edible arts to gift buyers, designers, makers, digital content creators, and every creative professional in between.
  9. A Much Needed Vacation. We know, preparing for and working a trade show takes a lot of commitment and energy. By January, you’ll need a vacation and what better place to visit than the heart of Arizona? It’s something to look forward to and that will help you through the next nine months!
