Prepare Your Booth & Meet Deadlines!
What services do you need in your exhibit space? Labor for move in and move out? Internet? Electric? Food and chairs for your staff? The deadlines to order these services begin in December, and December is only five weeks away.
Order these services through the Exhibitor Service Manual. The Exhibitor Service Manual requires a login from NexxtShow. If you are a current exhibitor and have not received your login information, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Show Directory is one of the most important and frequently used references for our attendees on-site and throughout the year. Make sure your listing is accurate by updating your information here. The deadline to update your information is next week, Friday, November 4.
Our Exhibiting 101 Tool Kit is your resource center for everything you need to prepare for a successful show. Refer to this tool kit constantly to stay on top of these deadlines, use our marketing tools to promote your booth and sponsored programs, and access our tips and education from EXHIBITOR Magazine.

The Creativation Celebration (formerly the CHA Foundation Gala) is a new interactive networking event at the Arizona Science Center. This is where you will connect with all generations of the creative arts products industry, while eating, drinking and playing with technologies in the Science Center and in their new CREATE Maker Space.
Despite its new name, Creativation Celebration will continue to benefit our charity partner, the Kids in Need Foundation, and recognize our industries finest through presenting our Industry Service Awards and Hall of Fame inductees.
The cost to attendee is $110 for members and $140 for non-members. Get your ticket before this sells out!
